Rancho Los Lagos Annexation
The project is the annexation of approximately 1,076 acres to the City of Brawley, within the city’s sphere of influence to receive city services, including water. The project is the annexation of approximately 315.70 acres to the City of Imperial, within the city’s sphere of influence. The project is located at the corner of Cross and Worthington Rd., in Imperial. The project proposes a specific plan that includes development consisting of single-family, multi-family, commercial, school, park, and retention basin.
Nance Right-of-Way Annexation
This project is the annexation of approximately 2,419.20 square feet (Right of Way) to the City of Imperial for street improvements. The project is located at 2670 Nance Road.
