The project is the annexation of approximately 1,076 acres to the City of Brawley, within the city’s sphere of influence to receive city services, including water. The project location is generally bounded by the Rockwood Canal to the north, Dogwood Road to the east, the Pear Drain to the south, and SR-86 to the west.
